This Maldivian luxury haven’s ultimate goal is to deliver beyond all your expectations. The island itself is the second largest resort island in the Maldives so can cater to both families and couples with enough space for everyone. Explore the island on foot or bike and you’ll find there is so much to do. On our last visit over eight nights we still didn't get to certain parts of the island. The island's gardens are meticulously groomed and are absolutely beautiful.

On arrival you’re greeted by your private butler who will look after your every need. This stylish resort is wonderfully atmospheric in the evenings, with a resort dress code of smart casual and trousers for men. After dinner there’s always entertainment at the bar whether it be a fantastic five piece local band, an English acoustic guitar player or a jazz evening.

One&Only has three swimming pools, Serenity a 30-metre lap pool for Adults extending into the lagoon. A stunning infinity edge family pool on the beach that’s shaded by gorgeous frangipani trees with a beautifully grassed area next to the pool where families can kick a soccer ball and kids can run around. Finally the KidsOnly pool with their very own lifeguard and fun slide.

One&Only caters beautifully to families with a fantastic KidsOnly Club (ages 4 to 9) and OneTribe (ages 9 to 11) that have their own grounds and extensive programme of activities. They also have a Teens Club (ages 12 and up), unique to One&Only, designed for Kids that are in between a Kids Club and complete independence. Teenagers, have plenty to do with their own area on the island, ClubOne.

VILLAS

The villas are luxuriously elegant, private and always decorated with beautiful fresh orchids grown in One&Only’s own Orchid Green House, which guests are welcome to look around. When you arrive, let your Villa Host arrange the complimentary unpacking service so you can relax immediately.

The Beach Villas are one of the largest in the Maldives with high rafted ceilings and beautiful wooden doors that slide open out to your private beach. There’s so much privacy and lush tropical vegetation between each villa that you virtually have to ride your bike from one villa to the next. All Beach Villas have their own outdoor shower. The Beach Villas with Pool have large private pools that extend onto your beach with an outdoor dining area.

Exclusive to the Two-Villa Residence with Pool is your very own golf buggy/cart - very luxurious and convenient! This Villa is perfect for families with older children with two individual villas that can be separate or linked together. The Pool and outdoor shower are shared between the villas. If space and absolute privacy are on your list we would recommend The Grand Beach Villa with Pool, which are amongst the largest villas with two bedrooms, a beautifully private pool and luxurious daybed.

The Water Villas are extremely private, located all over the island in clusters of only four villas per jetty connected by over-water walkways. Arranged in a semi-circle shape, each facing out towards the lagoon on a different angle offering the ultimate privacy. These villas have stunning high rafted ceilings and expansive decks with netted hammocks to relax in and enjoy the gorgeous turquoise lagoon. The one-bedroom suites of the Grand Water Villa with Pool are an amazing larger villa featuring huge outdoor deck, open-air Jacuzzi and infinity pool. The Grand Sunset Residences have three bedrooms and are the largest villas with over 2000m2 of absolute luxury, they also have the largest private stretch of beach. With its 50m2 swimming pool, this Residence also comes with your own private chef, two four-seater golf carts and is only accessible via a private road.

DINING

One&Only offers an exquisite global culinary journey. With six amazing restaurants, all offering different international food menus set in perfectly themed restaurants; it’s hard to decide where to eat. Enjoy a cocktail at one of the three bars and let us organise one of the amazing dining experiences just for you. The main restaurant, Reethi, is stylish and elegant with an eclectic menu fusing Asian, French and Italian flavours. Set over-water and decorated with beautifully hand crafted timbers, Reethi is open for breakfast and dinner.

Fanditha is located at one end of the island and has an amazing sunset bar decorated with huge Moroccan style daybeds. The menu is stunning offering a la carte Mediterranean cuisine. Reservations are a must to let us book a night here for you, our tip is go early grab a daybed and enjoy the magnificent Maldivian sunset.

Tapasake is our favourite. Set over-water on the sunset side of the island, the restaurant's menu is designed to offer the finest Japanese style tapas and sake cocktails. In true One&Only style, Tapasake is themed beautifully with magnums of Sake lining the Sushi counter and the outdoor area offers unparalleled Indian Ocean views.

Botanica offers a uniquely healthy and natural dining experience either in the Orchid house or under the beautiful Banyan trees. If you’re in the mood for amazing Italian lunch, then dining at Rabarbaro is a must. Or lunch at The Beach Club at ClubOne is always fantastic with the freshest seafood, grills and salads overlooking the beautiful turquoise lagoon. Swimmers and sunbathers needn’t move far from the main pool to partake in the amazing menu at the Rah Bar which offers an all-day menu of healthy snacks and drinks. In the evening Rah Bar transforms into a cocktail bar with live music. Containing more than 500 labels from world renowned wineries, let us design a custom wine experience or a Private Dinner in the Wine Cellar to celebrate your special occasion.

ACTIVITIES

One&Only is a picturesque island with six kilometres of stunning island coastline, 12 beautiful beaches and kilometres of gorgeous bike paths canopied by beautiful gardens. If activity is what you’re looking for then this island playground offers so much to do.

One&Only caters beautifully to families with a fantastic Kids Club (KidsOnly, OneTribe and Teens) that has its own grounds and swimming pool complete with water slide. The Kids Club has a very detailed weekly program full of action packed activities for the kids. The teens club OneTribe is for the ages 9-11 and designed for kids that are in-between a Kids Club and independence. Here your teens are provided with more age appropriate activities and are still supervised at all times. For teenagers, they have plenty to offer at the activity centre with tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, pool tables and more all located at the far end of the island, next to the Water Sports Centre. This area, Club One is a fantastic addition and unique to the Maldives.

SPA

One&Only Reethi Rah's award winning Spa epitomises luxury within a tranquil setting that is literally fit for royalty. Created by One&Only together with ESPA, this sanctuary is located on the beach with views out towards the beautiful turquoise lagoon. The Spa offers modern treatments with only the most high end products used. The dressing areas are a retreat in themselves. There is a large indoor area with saunas, crystal steam rooms and multiple rain shower options and also a stunning outdoor area with therapy pool and sun loungers shaded by frangipani trees.
