VILLAS

The luxurious Water Retreats are simply breathtaking. Welcome to your home over water! A two-storey Robinson Crusoe private oasis, complete with water-slide. From the retracting roof over the master bed for star gazing to the dining table set over a glass bottom floor, these retreats are nothing other than spectacular.

Each Beach Villa is extremely private, surrounded by lush palm jungle, with its own stretch of beautiful beach to enjoy. For the avid snorkelers, we will book you a villa on the sunset side, and for those wanting absolute privacy, we will book you on the sunrise side of the island.

Soneva Fushi believes that bathrooms are a place that should be luxurious which is why every villas’s bathroom is over-sized with indulgent features such a lounge, waterfall feature, open-air rain shower and soaker tub under the stars.

Out of the Blue is not just a restaurant but a place to retreat. Set over-water in Soneva Fushi’s stunning turquoise lagoon, Out of the Blue is a stunning place you can spend the day. It has a two-storey water slide which is the perfect way to enter their spectacular house reef. Choose to dine in one of many different locations in this beautiful over-water haven. The sunsets here are heaven on earth.

Fresh in the Garden has to be one of the most amazing restaurants you’ll ever experience. Built in the canopy of tropical banana trees and accessed by a swinging bridge, you will dine under the stars or surrounding the chefs at their cooking station watching them prepare these gourmet meals.

If you prefer to escape to an uninhabited island, Sobah's Restaurant is a traditional Maldivian restaurant only 15 minutes by speedboat . This exclusive beach restaurant seats only 18 for dinner and includes an introduction to the beautiful star filled night sky from Soneva’s resident astronomer. Definitely an experience of a lifetime.

The main restaurant, Mihiree Mithaa (meaning ‘here it is’) has a glorious jungle feel with a natural sand based floor, white stucco walls and a gorgeous alfresco setting on the beach for breakfast. Mihiree Mithaa is exactly that, a beautiful restaurant set right on the beach. Down to Earth is a fantastic dining destination all about celebrating the sense of togetherness with loved ones by creating dishes designed for sharing.

ACTIVITIES

Soneva Fushi is one of the largest resort islands in the Maldives and with soft white sandy beaches and an iridescent aqua lagoon it’s yours to explore. In a very deserted island way, there are two huge beaches at different ends of the island with no villas around. Soneva Fushi is full of activities that you are encouraged to enjoy including a fantastic house reef for snorkelling.

Soneva Fushi’s Out of the Blue over-water area, provides a day-time haven to escape to. With a two-storey water-slide into the lagoon, it has the perfect access for an amazing house-reef snorkel. If you prefer a more relaxing day, enjoy the stunning view from the many different relaxation spots over the water, in the sun relaxing on a net, under an umbrella or dining Japanese style.

Soneva Fushi’s outdoor cinema with cushioned lounges, Cinema Paradiso screens movies after sundown. After dinner one night make sure you visit the Maldives only Observatory with a high powered telescope to gaze at stars and planets. 

Soneva Fushi is a wonderful island for families with so many activities on offer including an amazing children’s club ‘The Den’. The Den is a child’s pure heaven. With an outdoor pirate ship, two swimming pools, one with water-slide, a Lego Room and a Dress-up Room, kids’ don’t want to leave! There’s also a kids’ only cinema, a library, learning area and musical instrument room (yes with drums they can use).

The Den has an extensive programme with each day themed full of different and amazingly planned events that you children will love. And on some evenings The Den even hosts fun activities like a movie under the stars, story time, a stargazing workshop and a beach party.

The Soneva Fushi Six Senses Spa is set in a quiet and tranquil area. With jungle surrounding and water features to relax you, it offers a very calming experience.
