When you contact Extraordinary Escapes, one of our Maldives Experts will discuss your holiday requirements with you in detail.  We take the time to understand how you would like to experience the Maldives, from your preferred resort style and travel preferences to the moments you wish to create. Our experts will identify the resorts that will best meet your needs and send you our electronic brochures (“E-Brochures”) for you to consider. 

Extraordinary Escapes has an individual E-Brochure dedicated to an entire resort, providing you with pages of pictures just for that resort.  We have also created Specialty E-Brochures for family holidays, luxury escapes, weddings and surfing holidays.  These Specialty E-Brochures use photos from our Consultants’ personal visits to the Maldives and are designed to provide our clients with an insight into what a holiday to a particular resort would really be like.

Your Quote - a personalised curated proposal

Your dedicated Maldives consultant will then provide you with a personalised and detailed Maldives Proposal that has been designed around your travel style, priorities and expectations. Our Maldives experts use our years of experience and intricate knowledge of the Maldives luxury resorts to ensure that every curated proposal exceeds every client’s expectations.

Your Booking: a seamless reservation process

When you have selected your resort, your dedicated Maldives expert will undertake the following for you:

·       They will send the booking confirmation to the resort.

·       Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice and a 10% deposit will be required to secure the reservation.  The balance is not due until 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

·       They will discuss further specifics of your booking with you such as villa location, bedding, food allergies and make any special requests with the resort that you would like.

 Your Extraordinary Escapes Maldives expert will send you all of the menus for your resort, including Spa, Excursions and Restaurant Menus together with suggestions for any pre-bookings we advise are essential to make ahead of time.  Your Maldives expert will provide you with first-hand advice and book anything you would in advance to secure availability.

Your personalised Itinerary

Once all aspects of your holiday have been arranged, your Maldives expert will send you your Extraordinary Escapes Itinerary outlining every detail of your booking.  It will also include useful information on travelling to the Maldives such as power sockets, currency, dress code for the resorts and information on passports and visas.

Your Maldives expert will then reconfirm all details of your booking with the resort to ensure that everything is in order.
